i assume it's book!canon that shane is fluent in french but every time i see that come up in a fic it makes me laugh because show!shane is definitely NOT fluent. or if he is he learned it only from books and nobody taught him pronunciation (affectionately - my accent is bad too)

apparently a "macrobiotic diet" is a real thing but it makes no sense that shane would be on a meal plan that has such minimal protein??? i'm just going with my original thought that they meant he has specific numbers for his macros
