💡 Why did a designer write a book about decision-making?

Because I noticed that many of us lack a clear understanding of how to choose in a way that that genuinely aligns with what we want. By "redesigning" cognitive biases, I reframe how they can help us make more intentional, self-aware choices.

A better vision for a workplace is a community—a place where people bond around shared values, feel valued as human beings, and have a voice in decisions that affect them.
