Here I am, an hour away from my destination, on a 4 and a half hour drive, dead alternator, waiting for a tow-truck, chilling, and living my best life.

Y'all, I have no picture of it, but I just made some Butternut Squash Curry that fucking slaps. Garnished with Parsley and Sunflower Seeds and served with Quinoa and Brown Rice. It was wonderful and makes me so pleased to be alive and I just wanted to share that with everyone.
