Sie können lebensbedrohlich sein. Viele ältere Menschen leben allein, sind in ihrer Mobilität eingeschränkt und können keine Anlaufstellen wie die vom Staat bereitgestellten 'Points of Invicibilty Centers' erreichen. Ohne stabilen Zugang zu Informationen und Hilfe sind sie während der Stomausälle oft isoliert und schutzlos. Bilder von Boxen und Text: Aus diesem Grund sammeln wir Spenden, um 300 Warm Help Boxes an ältere Menschen in Kyjiw zu liefern. Jede Box bietet sofortige, praktische Hilfe und enthält wichtige Dinge wie* • eine Wärmflasche, • eine LED-Lampe/Laterne, • Thermokleidung, • eine Decke, • eine Thermoskanne, • Batterien, • Kerzen, • Lebensmittel, die weder gekocht

klärt darüber auf. Der Prof. bediente sich auch bei einem Kollegen, dessen Unterschrift unter dem Brief zu finden, in dem die 44 Profs sich um den „Schutz“ des Beschuldigten sorgen.

Dieser Fall wird immer absurder. Zuerst nehmen 44 Professor:innen einen Kollegen in Schutz, dem zahlreiche Personen z.T. schweren Machtmissbrauch und sexualisierte Übergriffe vorwerfen. Jetzt kommt raus: besagter Professor nahm es beim Zitieren auch nicht so genau. @forbetterscience.bsky.social

Der Fall in aller Kürze: 2023 wurde bekannt, dass mehrere Frauen einem Professor der HU Berlin Machtmissbrauch & sexualisierte Übergriffigkeit vorwerfen. Die Universität leitete 2024 ein Disziplinarverfahren ein und suspendierte den Professor. Aufgrund eines Urteils des Verwaltungsgerichts

Denmark sold the "Danish" Virgin Islands to the U.S. in 1916/17, which is when the U.S. acknowledged Denmark's control of Greenland. Not even as long ago as the 19th century.

Hadn't seen this post at the time, but this observation remains relevant regardless of the apparent "solution" for Greenland. The #Caribbean s geopolitical importance is only enhanced in view of the territories European states still claim there. Thanks for highlighting my article and the map in it!
