While I give Obama major credit for getting the ACA across the line, our biggest mistake was abandoning Medicare for All before we even started and adopting what was basically Mitt Romney's health plan in a futile attempt to get the GOP to vote for it. It was flawed from the start.
You may not agree, but I think it’s time for Dems from coast to coast to run on Medicare for all.
We do NOT need health insurance companies at all.
Period.
They serve no valuable societal purpose other than to add cost to healthcare and drive people crazy.
