There's a clause to the new law coming in regarding section 21 notices. Basically stating even though the law changes in may, if it's served beforehand it's still valid.
So it's looking more and more likely I'm going to be forced to find another rental, and just watch as property prices go up and

I saw a solicitor today... Free consultation but can't help me in court if I go there. But basic advice is. Stay in the property let the landlords take me to court pay the court fee of 404 quid and the bailiff fees and basically that'll extend my time here till June at the earliest...

I am beginning to really vehemently (villimantly?) despise estate agents.
To the point its becoming a serious chore trying to play nice with them. I've been fucked about by them so much this past few months. nearly to the point I dont want to enquire about properties just to avoid talking to them.
