With Amazon insisting on back to work many say it's about time, but look at who's saying that & how they benefit & you have to take into account the studies that show the benefits in a way that honours employee, team and business. 68% of companies said flexible working helped them attract talent.

This is like the 1st day of writing a bestselling book....all that blank space and you can say ANYTHING and your brain goes empty and you think like a minion and can only say banana, but in a funny way so you make yourself chuckle, then realise that's not going to make you a millionaire by Friday!
