December 10th is International Human Rights Day. As I reflect on the past year, I am concerned about the trend towards removing rights from children, women, LGBTQA+ community, disabled persons, specific ethnic groups, and more world wide. All humans deserve human rights.

Mental health is complex. It encompasses everything that impacts an individual. Which means we need to address all facets of life to have a long-lasting impact. This includes food, housing, transportation, childcare, healthcare, education, war, civil unrest, noise, climate change, employment, ….
