Spent today exercising, eating salad, then whirlpool and sauna, cooling, then sauna, repeat.Then I got a nice haircut and color. It was lovely to forget, for a while. So needed.
It doesn't help if we're all raw to the bone. Remember to shut down media and take care of yourself. 4 years is long.
