Hasebe slid up beside Mami and raised a brow. She didn’t ALWAYS know exactly what went through Mami’s mind. As such she’d take the measure of this new girl herself before she jumped to any conclusions. Though the jury was forever out on whether it was Hasebe or Mami who was the harsher judge of -
For a moment Hasebe remained rigid as if Mami hadn’t truly gotten through. She then sighed and slid an arm around Mami to return the hug. It mattered more that she and Mami were together and happy. Though Hasebe couldn’t say she wouldn’t immediately snap in the presence of the idiot twins…for now -
Mami would just give her best... And likely ONLY friend a tight hug.
