ADHD brains are on 🔥 without a sleep.

ADHD survival tip. Change your phone’s color filter to grayscale at night. Your brain will turn off faster.

ADHD Survival Tip: NTs will have your back if you:

1. Speak their language
2. Dress the part
3. Act the part

#3 is important. You can do things YOUR way. NTs care about *outcome*. Work on your EQ + when and how to communicate. This is 🔑.

It’s a delicate dance,
& an exhausting art form.
