There's a sidequest in Look Outside where a bus of special needs kids crashes into the sewer and you gotta find them. Most of them are mutated except for the one kid with ADHD that didn't even see the Visitor because he's too glued to his Gameboy screen. I chuckled, this game keeps on giving.
