A perspective i definitely share: the loss of USAID is an opportunity for recipients to reshape agendas and operations.
Important perspectives from African scientists on the sudden loss of USAID. While decrying the manner of the withdrawal which is harming thousands, they also decry decades of abdication of leadership & care by African leaders which enabled the over dependence on aid.
