He hadn't seen the blade. Magic had been swirled around him and he was focused on the mage firing lightning to see it. The blade in his side was sharp and knocked the wind out of him. He heard Cassandra scream as he fell to the ground and his hand held his side.

Mahanon sat at his desk and finished signing documents. His letter to his family sat there ink drying and nerves sitting on his stomach. He hadn't written home since everything happened. But at Skyhold he found he had a place to gather his thoughts. But one he struggled with was the clan.

Wanted to post pics of Mahanon in DAI and then DAV, for rp references.

He's gone a bit grey due to stress and grown out his hair over time. Still wears his eye make up!

on the barracks of Skyhold, the moon lit the sky high and the stars gleamed. If you didn't know any better, it's as if the world wasn't trying to crumble around them.

The white haired elf sat there with his eyes on the large celestial body, a soft song coming from him as he sang of home, homesick.

Tapping on the wooden desk softly, Mahanon mulls over the letter he is to write the King of Ferelden. Nothing comes to him that the man didn't already know. Joining the Shadow Dragons was the right call. His hand goes up to mindlessly fumble with his speaking stone necklace out of habit.

*Laying awake and unable to sleep, mind racing about the world*

"Gods, if I could only shut my mind off for a moment." He turns on his back to stare up at the ceiling and sigh softly to himself.
