I want to be clear that I’m not complimenting the Animal Farm trailer. Just mentioning films that have a better juxtaposition than how AF seems to have
With the trailer for the newer Animal Farm film, Im reminding myself of at least four movies that were based on adult novels and were made more family friendly yet still managed to be very well made even keeping some of the originals’ darker aspects.

Family films directed by filmmaker known for more adult works definitely have a unique feeling of their own.
