Adds a new map with a skatepark for Sam accessed via a bridge south of Sam's house. Complete with an event series, reaction dialogue, and schedule updates. Compatible with SVE.

In the next few days, I will be loading new mods for Magg's Immersive Sebastian in a more manageable and structured format. If you're currently playing Maggs Immersive Sebastian Spicy or Sweet, don't worry! All the event IDs and dialogue keys remain the same so just switch to the mod format of your choice, and continue your game. (Uninstall the old version first of course!)
