My first Parkrun at Morrissey Park! 👟 I finished the whole 5K with only a few walk breaks, which is not bad considering I haven't gone running in 3ish years. 😅

It's such a treat to judge for this symposium. I was particularly impressed by the oral presentations in the Health Modalities session this morning. Excellent work by all!
