Well I've somehow managed to survive 51 orbits of the sun. It's gonna just be a lazy pj wearing birthday for me. For a treat, I'm gonna try my best to avoid the ongoing collapse of civilization for the day. Wish me luck!

Just got a diagnostic mammogram for a breast lump I found a few months ago. They're having a doc review it to decide if I need an ultrasound too. This seems more serious than the last time I did this 2 years ago. It's stressing me out. 😕

Saw my CF doc and asked if I should consider any additional boosters/vacs. He said to get a shingles shot. Besides Shingles, new research shows it significantly reduces the risk of dementia. Slowly lost my Gma to dementia, so the vac is now on my to do list.
