Dubbel feest in De Koel. VVV mocht op zijn 123ste verjaardag de eerste overwinning van 2026 vieren. Op de feestelijke dag spraken fans en anderen die de club een warm hart toedragen hun verjaardagswensen uit.

In het gebied rond de Keulse Barrière in Venlo lijkt de tijd al veertig jaar stil te staan. Als het aan de gemeente ligt, komt daar snel verandering in. In een zogeheten koersdocument zijn alvast wat ambities vastgelegd. „Het VVV-stadion steekt de straat over, dat is de gedachte.”

Inzamelingsactie voor familie van overleden Poolse VVV-supporter: ‘We vinden dat hij een waardig afscheid verdient’
VVV-supporters zijn een inzamelingsactie gestart om de familie te ondersteunen van een medesupporter die plotseling op 48-jarige leeftijd overleed. Met het geld wordt de begrafenis bekostigd.

PostNord’s decision to end service on 30 December comes after fear over ‘increasing digitalisation’ of Danish society The Danish postal service will deliver its last letter on 30 December, ending a more than 400-year-old tradition. Announcing the decision earlier this year to stop delivering letters, PostNord, formed in 2009 in a merger of the Swedish and Danish postal services, said it would cut 1,500 jobs in Denmark and remove 1,500 red postboxes amid the “increasing digitalisation” of Danish society.
