Update on my office corn plant. I added a basic grow light a while back to help it out a bit. It's a bit spindly but doing pretty well considering the small pot and no natural light.

Once again, maybe the last nice day of the year so I'm enjoying a Alec Bradley Blackmarket Esteli and revisiting Franny and Zooey. I said recently I wasn't in love with F&Z but I just wasn't super into the first bit of Zooey. It has grown on me. #cigars #reading #fiction #alecbradley #jdsalinger

Growing random things in a clear pot. This is corn. I know it won't get super big in a pot but it will be fun to watch. I'm told corn has shallow roots, but it dropped this one to the bottom of the pot in less than three days. #gardening #corn

There's been road construction in front of my house for months now. Seems like it would be a nuisance but it's been amazing having zero traffic for so long. I'll miss it when it's gone.
