The other day I heard someone referred to as a "dork." I didn't know the meaning of that term so I looked up the definition in the dictionary and there was just a picture of someone named Mike Johnson, who apparently is the Republican Speaker of the House.

Credibility is the fuel of effective leadership. Credibility is the result of a long and consistent track record of saying what you are going to do and doing what you said you will do. But once credibility is lost, it is almost impossible to regain.
