With all the wonderful airline service we ate receiving, especially on long flights, this is probably the next logical development, for the affordable class.

In many ways, I can really do without the "human touch" of grumpy, disrespectful and unmotivated people in the service industry and othe places.
BUT I will miss those interaction with people, who don't have a chip on their shoulder.
I think, choice matters.
