Enough negativity. Here's 4 things I'm thankful for in 2025:
1) Moved to a beautiful community in Alaska
2) Married my new best friend after being a widower for a decade
3) Lost over 30 lbs and got diabetes under control
4) Acted in my first play in over 7 years.

They can eventually raise and lower prices based on your FICO score. Those with 700+ scores get the best deals while those 699 and less will be penalized. That's already happening in China.
