Need to lock in and write up the next progress report for TS!Underswap, still feel really tired and burnt out lately. As an impromptu update, I just finished rewriting/restructuring the outline for the Springs section (Act 2/3) of the next area, which I did roughly 3 times until I was satisfied.

Today was the 5th anniversary of TS!UNDERSWAP Demo v1.0!
It's amazing to think we've gotten this far -- in just January, it'll be the 2nd anniversary of v2.0! We've been making some neat progress lately, and just brought on 4 new team members! Let's hope that 2026 is a good year for development!

I've been making Deltarune sprites in the style of Mother 3. Today, I put my sprites on a Mother 3 background. I studied old recordings of the game to add the sliding screens and dialogue. It's probably not accurate, haha. There are more sprites on my Tumblr.
