Discussions on a new Crimes Against Humanity Treaty give countries an opportunity to recognize gender harms that have been so far invisible or disregarded. This includes the recognition of gender apartheid. If anyone needs an example of what we're talking about, they can just look at Afghanistan.

US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order imposing sanctions on the International Criminal Court.
