I wonder if this is a result of poverty .... IE they can't afford medication or education, either way hopefully they were turned away by triage on arrival with advice,

On a train to Leeds, must be 1st time since pre 2020 ( driven last 2 overnight visits) maybe cos it's a Wednesday afternoon but very comfortable & quiet, still no intention of visiting on a weekend any time soon
