20 years ago there were more conservative than liberal young women in the US. What has happened since then?

Pensions and healthcare systems as we know them have been doing fine as long as there was growth in working population. We are entering uncharted waters, not only in South Korea. Don’t count on living comfortably on state funded pensions.

Eye-opening, change in real wages between 1994 and 2024 in %. Just look at Italy and Spain, three lost decades. What were politicians smoking when they introduced the Euro there?

Accurate and always funny

Ok, French work ethic has always been subject to jokes, but Germans stopping to value hard work is a fairly new development. How should Europe recover if people in its two largest economies became spoiled, lazy and prefer to „tax the rich“ instead of working hard?

Thoughts and comments folks?

China switched its growth strategy from investment in infrastructure and real estate, to building massive industrial capacity, at any cost. There will be major consequences for former industrial heavyweights like Sweden, Germany or South Korea. Good luck.

It‘s very simple, the higher the economic freedom, the lower the poverty. Capitalism makes people wealthier, socialism just makes everyone equally poor. It has been tried so many times, why is it so difficult to understand?

This chart makes me laugh each time I see it. Can you name a decision that caused more economic, geopolitical and environmental damage, than Germany‘s ideological decision to close its perfectly fine nuclear power plants?

Mind-blowing chart, the only good thing is that young people stop seeing socialism favorably as soon as they get their first payslip and see taxes deducted from their first salary.

Standard of living in Poland reaching the level of Spain, Japan, Italy and the UK is a true free market economic wonder.

With fertility rate getting close to 1.0 Poland urgently needs smart pro-family, and immigration policies, otherwise Polish economy and society will implode.

Asia must be having really good laugh watching Europe following the anti nuclear self-destructive madness

Wow, simply just wow. What’s going on in Canada?

In order to win $1 Million, one needs to buy lottery tickets for $2 Million. Why are so many poor people wasting money on this nonsense?
July 20, 2025 at 6:18 PM
If you went to Poland 20, 30 years ago, you would not recognize it today.

Free market works really fast to escape socialist misery

Inheritance tax is the most unfair tax. Everyone should have the right to decide if he spends, donates to charity, or leaves to his children the already taxed life savings. It’s not a tax, it’s theft, prove me wrong.

The demographic catastrophe in South Korea, China, Italy and Spain is well known, but take a look what is happening in South America. Fertility rate in Chile is below 1, do the math what it means for the population in just two generations.
