The destruction we suffered in WNC was monumental. Forty percent of the trees in our forests were downed. I have been photographing destruction and resilience. Virginia Creeper is known for its tenacity and endurance, qualities we are embracing here. #wncstrong #hickorynutgorge #lossandresilience
