how can LEOs act like that, commit those acts, and expect to maintain anyone's respect? expect to not be called lawless pigs? how can a bystander not intervene in defense of another? just saw some of the cell phone video of the young man in Edinburg, Texas being abused, reportedly and apparently put in a coma by two Hidalgo Co. sheriff's deputies. He is brown skinned, Spanish speaking. in the Valley. Do they think that no one will care, enough? if so, they're wrong #txlege #rgv
