Tried a newish brewery in our area and it was absolutely horrible. Their NEIPA was a vegetal mess with the DMS overpowering the nose and finish.
They had a lager that was warm (why?) and had a harsh bite that overpowered the strong sour biscuit flavor.
Why would they serve bad beer?
