No way Hertz is going to help, that's has become clear today.
After various years of hiring a car from them, I am never going to hire one again.
What a disrespect towards a customer (and I fear I am not the only one).

And leaving you to only find out when you're at the desk to pick-up that car, while you made your reservations weeks or even months ago?
