I haven’t had a migraine in almost a month.
A MONTH??? I used to have about 14 migraine days a month at a certain point. I’m still afraid to say the meds I’m on work, as though I could jynx it, but I’m starting to be more optimistic

I’m so happy my neighbors are deaf and don’t hear my cat SCREAMING when I take him for our before-bed-walk on the gallery of my home. (I asked them, they didn’t ever hear and if they did, they said it was alright)
