Good news (I guess?) for the Colts so far is that none of the guys I think Indy is targeting have been signed yet (aside from Adebo)

The latest: Right tackle Braden Smith has revised his contract and will remain w Indy. Was going to count $19M plus against the salary cap. That's been lowered significantly.
