I really need to get over my fears.

absolutely agreed, as someone who had a doomer mindset, it's VERY mentally damaging. It's very hard to recover or get out of, especially when you are in circumstances that reinforce those beliefs. But that's why you got to PERSEVERE for the things/people you care about! even after being beaten down!
