My wife is at her temporary home (Loews Miami Beach, I know, very rough) for her festival that begins next week, SOBEWFF. She leaves for 9 days, and she's been working hard for the entire year for this thing, so I've already scheduled an epic stone crab dinner for her return next week.

I don't usually use a binder to rub my ribs, but the last 2 times, I've experimented by using miso paste as a binder. Had to make an adjustment with the rub and still fine tuning it, but both times they've been good. Preparing it now for a Monday smoke. (St Louis spare ribs)
