A nursery I worked at had you engaged with the children at all times. We had to follow them around the room to each activity area. Children need opportunities for #ChildLed, independent play and time to be curious and imaginative! I think some EY leaders worry about how it looks when we don’t play.

When I was 5 (on Rt), my family moved to Kenya. I felt safe & happy in this vibrant place, but I soon became aware of the privilege I held. My early experiences shaped my understanding of inequality & inspired me to strive for a world where every child can thrive, just as I did 🌍💚 #WorldChildrensDay
