A nursery I worked at had you engaged with the children at all times. We had to follow them around the room to each activity area. Children need opportunities for #ChildLed, independent play and time to be curious and imaginative! I think some EY leaders worry about how it looks when we don’t play.

Women are 2.5x more likely to engage on climate, and I'm glad @cathmckenna.bsky.social and Women Leading on Climate are using that momentum to call for real action at COP29.
