WIN: A Montana court blocked a state law that would have required students to declare their intent to remain in the county after graduation to register to vote using their college address.

If upheld, the measure would have barred thousands of students from voting in their own communities.

Not only did Trump lose the 2016 popular vote by nearly 3 million votes, once he was in office he launched a massive "voter fraud" investigation to prove that he'd *actually* won the popular vote by several million and then they didn't find a thing and quietly disbanded it.
Trump speaking at Fort Bragg: "The first time, I won but they say I didn't win the popular vote. You know I did. I won it by a lot."

NEW: DHS Secretary Kristi Noem joined election deniers in Arizona to rally support for a suppressive bill that would disenfranchise millions.

Noem also encouraged state election officials to use the department’s citizenship verification program, despite it incorrectly flagging dozens of citizens.

Shortly after an ICE agent shot and killed Renee Good, right-wing media seized on a story that could reset the narrative. DHS said an immigrant attacked federal officers with a shovel, and the story was everywhere in MAGA media. The case has since fallen apart & prosecutors just dropped the charges.
