Governments around the world are trying to figure out whether consultants are actually more cost-efficient than just hiring staff. Unfortunately, no one has been able to find a consultant willing to take on this special task.

I never had a good time wearing the sensor on my arm (lots of bumping, peeling off, embarrassing questions, etc). I started wearing it on my outer thigh and I haven't had a peep of trouble with it.
