From a European: If there is something that should deregulated to the States, it is infrastructure. Of course, with the right means for the States to raise the tax. I hope we never get something like the USDOT in the EU.

It is not too bad. Wide sidewalks with some greenery. In the Netherlands it didn't happen in one step either.

I am right handed and go off on the right. Indeed annoying. My city bike has a middle stand, can be operated from both sides.

I don't know if you know. But Groningen was very progressive early on. In 1977 they introduced the traffic circulation plan. A bold move in a time when a car was still king, even in the Netherlands. nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verkeer...

If you look on street view, you can also see huge bollards on the corners. Probably to "discourage" car drivers to cut the turn.

Not entirely. There is gas power plant in Transnistria that delivers electricity to government controlled Moldova. The interconnects with Romania are on their limits now.

Because there is no reason to. Violence is unpredictable and creates a lot of trouble. There is also no guarantee that it will take away the corrupt people. Transnistria will collapse if there is no free gas anymore. uaposition.com/main/analysi...

Deze compartimentering heeft als groot gevaar, dat je kritische geluiden daar naar toe beweegt. Voor mijzelf zie ik meer nut om buiten de partij iets te gaan doen (als ik weer wat tijd heb) dan binnen de partij. Ik zal voorlopig nog wel lid blijven.
