Truly awful. This is the real cost of not supporting staff and poor culture, the main reasons people leave. There are multiple studies showing why retention is key, it's not all about pay and unconscionable when we have the means to solve.
This is terrible. The new government must demonstrate that they value NHS staff, and focus on retention of the highly skilled workforce. Staff have been treated appallingly by politicians in recent years.

Truly awful. This is the real cost of not supporting staff and poor culture, the main reasons people leave. There are multiple studies showing why retention is key, it's not all about pay and unconscionable when we have the means to solve.
Recommend watching Buy Now: The Shopping Conspiracy though made me feel wilfully blind and complicit in the damage excessive consumerism causes. A good lesson before silly season starts.

Recommend watching Buy Now: The Shopping Conspiracy though made me feel wilfully blind and complicit in the damage excessive consumerism causes. A good lesson before silly season starts.
How I feel leaving X...this feels like a better space to learn more and do better. Even, or especially when I don't agree with views shared, the discussions are respectful and insightful. Long may it last!

Grateful for the joy this boy consistently brings to all (except foxes). Jet: the toy loving, marathon sleeping, hat wearing, champion chomper and cuddler. Working on the stick eating addiction.
