Chuck Schumer is getting the blame, but is not responsible. He is taking the heat for the many other democrats who wanted to cave weeks ago. Schumer, managed to hold all the weak senators together until after the election… there is a reason exactly 8 senators flipped & 2 are not seeking reelection.
