I also keep a version that works in combination with tiny socks - that helps capture the cum during orgasm, and generally still remains fixed without hand access.

But depending on how it's anchored hand access might be needed for removal regardless, so always do a test run before using.

That would also include not using it in suspension or standing positions since loss of consciousness could very easily result in having your cock ripped off your body 😱

To be clear - at no point should any significant load be placed on the ring - as that could very well cause serious injury. But it's great for restricting crawl access to a key release etc. Even with hand access, removal isn't possible with the right fit until going flaccid.

This is one of my favorite self-bondage devices. Custom fitted for an erection, the neoprene foam forms a snug bond around my erect cock. When my erection subsides, it slips off freeing either my hands or my body from the position that keeps me in bondage (depending on the setup.)
