I did 245lb 5x5 bench on Monday (best ever) and I feel really good about it. Also the state of my arm so far. Added the sombrero galaxy on the shoulder and started the pinwheel galaxy on my elbow (owwww, stopped an hour and a half in) two weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with it 🥰

“Sinners” was really good, just the right amount of spooky (I don’t like horror that much) and also you got to see two Michael B Jordans at once on screen A+.
