Too hot to wear the inflatable dino costume. Protest swag and the pride parade fit. An actual rainbow over the pride parade was amazing to have happen. But it's Honolulu so not a big surprise.

1 thing about Artemis: he will not let the size of a box dictate if he sleeps there or not. Also, he is laying on top of vintage sewing patterns....

With a better diet, regular brushing, and lots of love; Kiawe is putting on weight and his fur is growing back. It's so shiny and luxurious.

Artemis is out of his sassy teenage phase and has become even MORE affectionate. He is probably enjoying the move to Hawaii the most. Now that Rocketship has another cat to aggressively groom Arti's whiskers have grown back!

Life update: work moved us to Hawaii for the next ~2 years. The stripey boys love it, warm sun spots for naps, a big window with a constant stream of feral chickens, egrets, and saffron finches to watch. We still don't have our furniture but we did get them a concrete patio paver, which they love!

Every night after dinner Kiawe and Rocketship sit in this window and watch the rabbits in the backyard. We planted clover seed last year to attract more, and its working!

Kiwi hasn't been feeling great lately so he has needed extra snuggle time. He is ok, nothing major, I found a small scab between his toes and keeping an eye on it.

I forgot to introduce our newest addition! This is Kiawe Explorer!! We adopted him from the humane society, he had no back story but was thin, had some mats on his tail and legs. But he is unbelievably sweet and snuggly, it took less than 24 hours for him, Rocket and Arti begging to be together.

This big orange boy is named Artemis Butter. He was left in a flower planter in an ice storm at 4 months old. After recovering we brought him home and he blended right into our family so well that we forget some things are new experiences for him. But all he knows is love, and all he gives is love
