The Austin Motel is fantastically retro. I stayed there whilst spending time in Austin,Texas, and had to paint this colourful poolside scene.

My Beautiful Launderette.

I loved the look of this vintage launderette in Saltaire, West Yorkshire. I thought the clutter of machinery, posters, and reflections in the large windows, would make for an interesting painting.
