Came across this beautiful red-shanked douc #langur while on a #birding tour of #vietnam. One of the most #endangered #primates in the world and also one of the most beautiful.

Black-hooded laughingthrush from central Vietnam. Very shy but noisy bird that travels in flocks in the dense forest. I was lucky to squeeze a view between two trees. #birds #birding #vietnam #endangeredspecies

Falconry European kestrel couldn’t read the sign and was hopelessly tangled in barb wire in Qatar. With the help of three Bangleadeshi farm workers it was freed to return home or return to the wild. Seemed good health when it flew away. #birds #birding #qatar #falconry #gooddeads
