I bought a shitty tent, and my kid and I slept in it last night, in the back yard, 100 feet from the house. I learned:

1. My dog thinks tent-sleeping is bullshit.
2. There is a haggard monster in the mirror, and you can meet her at 4am, in the bathroom.
3. Camping hurts.
