My mum is flying home tonight, which means I get my recording space back!
I'm hoping that by the next time I have to give it up, most of my songs will be recorded, mixed and mastered. Maybe even released!

I guess the CEOs might suffer from an affordability crisis if they have to pay their staff fairly.
