Just beat FireRed for the 1st time🤘
As someone who beat R/B/Y and caught all 150 pkmn when it came out, this was long overdue. I've historically never liked remakes of games in general, but glad to have been proven wrong in this case.

nintendo is really confident enough in that microphone that they were like “you can sit 20 feet away from your console while someone is washing dishes right behind you and also there’s an entire house party happening and you’ll still have perfect audio and won’t prefer to use discord on your phone”
