Another rough week in my situation already just on a count of I'm so sick I have the worst migraine I've had in years, and I get berated and guilted for being physically unable to do anything. Sitting up to drink or walking to the bathroom alone is a marathon right now.

It's one of those really trying weeks. My head is pounding from all the screaming. I am burnt out on every single aspect of my situation. I reminded them that this time of year is really challenging for me because of ptsd, and they straight up told me they ignored that.
